Plug & play install
As standard we ship new computers with the operating system installed, ready for you to load your preferred applications and software. However as loading software for spreadsheets, email applications, trading applications etc can take several hours, our clients sometimes prefer to have us install all software that we license as part of their bespoke build, so their system is ready to plug and play on delivery.

If you’re still considering your options, we can help with a no-obligation consultation by skype or phone to understand your trading experience and goals, the layout of your office and your budget. We then email you a report on the system specs we recommend you request when you are ready to buy, including notes about the minimum and maximum quality, size & speed of the various components to ensure you’re buying only and precisely what you need. Should you decide to buy your system from TEC, we’ll rebate the consult/report fee.

Remote assist
The most stressful thing for most people who work from home is computer trouble. As traders who work from home ourselves we know you don’t want to unplug and carry your tower to the local shopping centre when the solution may be a simple settings tweak or virus sweep. Sometimes you just want help understanding how something works or installing and configuring new software or hardware… So we offer a remote assist service that lets us login to and assess your issue from our office. This is not only cost effective but very time friendly and convenient for you.

Maintenance membership
We offer a maintenance membership for customers who want the security of expert advice at the most affordable price. For a one time setup fee and annual subscription, we provide:
- a monthly remote session where we backup your data and install important updates to windows, your trading software and antivirus/spyware software
- unlimited skype and email Q&A on software installation and troubleshooting
- 3 x 30 minute remote assistance sessions which may be used for emergency issues or new installations

Emergency callouts
For issues that can’t be resolved through our remote assist service we offer in-home technical assistance and trouble-shooting for customers in the following areas: Sydney CBD and inner city suburbs within 10kms of CBD.
